"Fancy!"

The creative tutors at Hertford Regional College have for many successive years maintained a personal practice, which is extremely problematic when combined with a demanding profession. The month of May, nearing the end of the academic year, is a particularly busy time for all concerned. The work selected, modified and/ or made is therefore borne out of this tight situation; attitudes are formed, formats are chosen and decisions are made, with little time to spare before, during or after the work is presented.
Our aim in this annual balancing act is therefore- efficiency, focus, integrity and quality- “fancy!”
